The Giggles Private Hire Terms & Conditions
Looking for exclusive use of The Giggles? Whether it’s for schools, clubs, community groups, or a big family get-together – we’re delighted to offer private hire sessions. Here’s everything you need to know:
Booking & Payment
- Private hire must be booked at least 15 days in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before your booking date.
- Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you once payment is received.
Session Times
- If you are a school or group booking looking for a daytime Private Hire booking, please contact us directly via email: thegiggles@activeluton.co.uk
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booking and ensure you leave promptly at the end of your session.
- If you require a different session time, please speak to a member of the team.
Who Can Attend
- The play structure is suitable for children aged 0-10 years only.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- A minimum and maximum group size may apply depending on your booking (we’ll confirm this when you book).
Food & Drink
- Food can be provided by Café 1 if arranged in advance – please discuss menu options when booking.
- External food and drinks are permitted; however, the customer is fully responsible for the dietary requirements and allergies of their guests.
Clothing & Safety
- Socks must be worn at all times.
- We recommend long sleeves and trousers for play.
- No sharp objects, loose jewellery or badges are allowed on the play frame.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before your booking can be transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event we need to close due to safety, maintenance, or other operational reasons, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule your session
