We want everyone to have the best time possible at The Giggles! To keep play safe and fun,
please follow these simple guidelines:
1.
Supervision & Responsibility
All children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Adults should remain on the premises - The Giggles does not provide childcare.
Our team is here to help, but supervision remains the responsibility of parents/carers.
2.
Playing
Shoes off, socks on - for both kids and grown-ups entering the play area.
No rough play, fighting, flips or somersaults.
Please don’t climb up the slides or block the slide exits and always come down our slides feet first.
Only children aged 5 and under may use the under 5s area.
Equipment should be used as intended - no toys, jewellery, badges, or sharp objects in the play zones.
3.
Health & Safety
Children who are unwell, injured or overtired should not use the play equipment.
Please report any accidents, incidents, or spillages to a member of our team immediately.
A qualified First Aider is on duty at all times.
4.
Food & Drink
Only food and drink purchased at The Giggles / Café 1 may be consumed inside (baby food excepted).
Food, drink and chewing gum are not allowed on any play equipment.
We recommend little ones take a short break before returning to play after eating.
5.
Behaviour & Respect
Antisocial, disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave (without refund).
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises.
Unfortunately we can’t allow photography.
6.
Age & Height Limits
Please obey the soft play frame age and height guidelines.
Proof of age may be requested by staff.
7.
Emergencies
Fire exits are clearly marked - please familiarise yourself with them.
If the fire alarm sounds, leave belongings behind, collect your child and exit calmly to the assembly point.
Our team will guide everyone to safety and await the Fire Service.
8.
Other Things to Know
The Giggles cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings (including in the car park).
Admission and entry means you accept our full terms and conditions.
No refunds are available.
Most importantly: play safe, be kind, and GIGGLE!
