Opening Times
We want everyone to have the best time possible at The Giggles! To keep play safe and fun, please follow these simple guidelines:
Do I need to book in advance, or can I just turn up?
We strongly recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your spot, especially at weekends and during school holidays. If we have space available, you’re welcome to pay on the door too.
How long are play sessions?
Sessions are usually 2½hrs, giving your little ones plenty of time to explore, climb, slide and...giggle!
What are your opening times?
We are open 9.30am-5.30pm seven days a week. We can also stay open later for private bookings.
Can I stay longer than my booked session if it’s quiet?
If there’s space available at the end of your session, our team will let you know if you can stay a bit longer.
What happens if I’m late for my session?
You’re welcome to join at any time during your session, but we’re afraid we can’t extend or refund missed time.
Can I leave and come back during my session?
Of course! Just let a member of the team know before you leave so we can make sure you’re re-admitted safely.
What ages is The Giggles suitable for?
The Giggles is designed for children aged up to 10 years old, with a special area for under 5s. If your child is attending a SEND session, we may allow up to 12 years old. Please ask our team on site to discuss your needs.
Do you have a separate area for under 5s?
Yes! Our dedicated under 5s area has smaller slides, soft mats and age-appropriate activities so little ones can play safely and confidently.
Can babies or toddlers join in?
Absolutely. Babies and toddlers can enjoy the under 5s area and ball pit. Babies under 1 go free when attending with a paying child / adult.
What age do you have to be to use the slides?
For any age, safety is paramount, so children should use slides appropriate to their developmental stage and physical ability. We recommend the under 5s area is only for under 5s, and the main frame area for over 5s.
Are adults allowed on the play frame?
Adults can accompany children if needed, but the equipment is designed for kids - so please take care!
Can older siblings come if they play carefully?
Yes, we know families often have mixed ages. We just ask that older children (up to 10yrs) are mindful of smaller ones and follow our safety guidance.
