The Giggles General Terms & Conditions

We want everyone to have the best (and safest!) time possible at The Giggles. Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions before your visit – they’ll help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Bookings & Cancellations

•  Once a booking has been made, tickets are valid only for the date and session you’ve booked.
• Can’t make it? No problem! You can change your date or time (subject to availability) 24hours in advance of your original booking by using the ‘Manage your bookings’ link in your confirmation email.
• Changes can’t be made once your session has started.
• No refunds are available for unattended bookings, booking errors, or extras purchased online (like socks).
• You’re welcome to arrive any time during your booked slot, but please note – sessions end promptly, so late arrivals can still enjoy playtime, just a little less of it!

Photography & Filming

For everyone’s safety and privacy, photography and filming aren’t allowed anywhere on site. We want all our little gigglers to feel comfortable while they play!

Arrival & Check-in

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session starts.
• You’ll need a valid email address to buy tickets online – your booking confirmation will be sent there.
• Our team will scan your booking when you arrive and get you ready for play!

Supervision & Safety

• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Parents and carers must supervise children at all times – our team is here to help, but you know your little ones best!
• The play structure is suitable for children up to 10 years old only.

What to Wear

• For safety and comfort, socks must be worn at all times (by both children and adults entering the play frame).
• We recommend long sleeves and long trousers to protect from bumps and slides.
• No sharp objects, jewellery, or loose cords, please – we don’t want any snags or tears!

Parties

•  We love a good celebration – but parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance with our team.
• Any group that looks or sounds like a party without a booking (you know who you are!) may be asked to leave.

Food, Drink & Other Rules

• Please enjoy food and drink only at your table – not in the play areas.
• No outside food or drink is allowed unless agreed with our team in advance (baby food and formula are fine).
• Help us keep The Giggles sparkling clean by tidying up any food crumbs when you’re finished.
• No alcohol or drugs (unless prescribed medication) are allowed on the premises.
